    Colleen Phelan joined Delta Vacations – the subsidiary of Delta Air Lines® that represents the leisure side of the airline – in July of 2015 as Director of Marketing Services. She brings nearly 20 years of experience to the Atlanta-based tour operator.

    In this role, she oversees both the Creative Services and Marketing Production & Implementation teams — the in-house agency responsible for the development and project management of all brand and marketing communications creative for the organization, the travel agent/consumer audiences, and the hotel, tourism board and destination partners.

    Previously, Colleen spent 15 years in Chicago at B2B and consumer marketing firms and ad agencies. She is a versatile, strategic integrated marcomm professional with deep experience in: client services/account management; creative strategy/execution; brand development, naming, strategy and positioning; integrated media planning; research; content marketing; strategic consulting; and as a mentor/developer of young talent. Prior to that, she worked in marketing for the Atlanta Hawks and at another small marketing and PR firm.

    Colleen is a native of Atlanta, and a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism. She is married and has a young daughter, Quinn. Luckily, the whole family loves to travel and enjoys marking new places off the list, always flying Delta of course!

    Elizabeth “Liz” Scarborough oversees the project management and implementation of Shield on Demand, Blue Shield of California’s MarcomCentral solution. Liz’s expertise in unifying parties with conflicting views, getting buy-in from across the company, and bringing order to total chaos was critical to Shield on Demand’s success. Liz is also Marketing Manager for Premier Accounts, which serves the company’s largest clients. Before joining Blue Shield in 2008, she worked in marketing for leading high-tech companies.

    Tami Herzog spearheaded Blue Shield’s adoption of MarcomCentral (aka “Shield on Demand”.) Having successfully implemented a similar tool at two other companies, Tami’s passion and experience made Shield on Demand a reality for the company. Tami serves as the implementation lead and oversees the architecture, functionality, and administration of the tool. Before joining Blue Shield in 2012, Tami oversaw communications at a Global Fortune 500 medical device company and a large international motorsports company.

Kristin ensures implementations and support meet the business requirements of the client organization with high customer satisfaction and a proven track record in demonstrating client retention and growth.

    Dan is responsible for the technical and strategic vision of MarcomCentral. He oversees the product design & management, engineering, DevOps and IT teams to provide our customers with market-leading, innovative and stable products.

    Karen has worked in the ever-changing graphic production space since she earned her degree in Graphic Communications from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She has been with MarcomCentral since 2001 and leads the internal production team of 9 talented individuals who build variable data templates, emails, portals, microsites and HTML products and more. She specializes in strategizing with Business Relationship Managers and Marcom clients to build the most scalable and efficient products, and to help them gain self-sufficiency after launching their portals.

    Randi Garrett is a Marketing Manager for Genworth’s U.S. Mortgage Insurance business. Passionate about marketing and the many tactics and technologies she utilizes to help her clients accomplish their communication objectives, Randi works with Sales, Commercial, Operations and Business Intelligence leaders as well as interfaces directly with mortgage lending clients to help drive Genworth’s business strategy, competitive value proposition and customer experience efforts. In her four-year tenure, Ms. Garrett has also led a number of sales and employee training sessions to further advocate for the strategic role of marketing in financial services. In 2015, she was Genworth’s first marketing professional to win the company’s President’s Club honors as non-Sales MVP.

    Ms. Garrett began her career in 1996 as Marketing Associate for American Red Cross’ chapter marketing team. She also served as a senior copywriter and account executive for a Greenville, SC advertising agency, directing high-profile projects for clients, including Alemite, BMW Manufacturing, Porsche North America, Michelin North America, BF Goodrich, multiple universities and a number of regional and local accounts. She’s produced award-winning work for Charter Communications and Comcast Cable, and was awarded the 2002 Bronze Summit Award for individual talent in copywriting. Her 19+ years of marketing and advertising experience have helped propel her client initiatives with strategic communications planning, project planning and execution, creative development, copywriting, implementation and measurement, and helped prepare her for the role she has today at Genworth.

    Ms. Garrett has her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC. She resides in the Raleigh, North Carolina area with her husband, two children and family dog. She enjoys P90X® exercise sessions and singing Taylor Swift songs on road trips.

    Leila Toms is Habitat for Humanity International’s Resource Warehouse administrator. She began working with Habitat in December 1999. In March 2003, she started working with store orders that were faxed in to the organization.

    Leila was a seasonal athlete in school, playing basketball and softball and running track. In high school, she earned numerous awards for softball, including All-Region, All-State, All-Middle Georgia, MVP and Highest Batting Average.

    She attended Andrew College, becoming the first female in the school’s history to sign a softball scholarship. She played softball for Darton College and attended Georgia Southwestern State University and South Georgia Technical College, earning a degree in accounting.

    In September 2007, she trained with Marcom Central to build an online store for Habitat, and the store went live in October 2007 with 200 products. It currently has over 2,300 products. Leila also built a library of over 40,000 logos for more than 1,400 Habitat affiliates.

    Leila was born and raised in Americus, Georgia, and has been married to her wonderful husband, Paul, for almost 16 years. They have two boys: Will, 14, and Chet, 11. She is the church clerk for First Baptist Church and serves on the Youth Ministry Committee.

    In her free time, she enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband and traveling to sporting events that her children participate in. Both of her boys follow in their mother’s footsteps, attending the same school and being seasonal athletes.

    Angela Johnson has been with Habitat for Humanity International since 2005. She joined the organization to manage its national ecommerce efforts.

    Angela presently serves as Director, Product Strategy and Marketing Operations, overseeing promotional and special event branding worldwide, and ecommerce site management for 2 sites: The Habitat Store, an online store for promotional products that is open to the general public and Resource Warehouse, an extranet site for over 1500 Habitat for Humanity partner organizations, which is hosted by Marcom.

    She is the mom to an adult daughter who lives in North Carolina and she shares a home with her schnoodle, “Geordi”.

    Angela’s passion is mission work. She commits much of her time to her community in Atlanta, Georgia and she spends at least 2 weeks a year leading mission teams somewhere on the globe. To date, she has lead teams to Egypt, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Trinidad & Tobago and Costa Rica.
